¹ A SmartServe Hub is provided on a 12 month lease term and included in the cost of the monthly service price.  If a contract is cancelled before the 12 month period, the router hardware must be returned or a $650 charge paid for the device.  After the 12 month term has completed the device becomes the property of the customer.

² Support service includes the support and maintenance of all software and hardware equipment covered under the plan as of the Master Service Agreement. Installation charges will be incurred when new software or hardware not previously in use by the customer is integrated into a new or existing computer system. Once a software or hardware product has been integrated it will then be considered part of the pre-existing computer system 30 days after the installation has been completed.

³ A SmartServe Hub is required for HIPAA+ Server Backups.
